Offering services, as an independent contractor on a per-project basis is not allowed. Offering services provided by your organization is not allowed.

No marketing of you or your organization is allowed on this group. Any
marketing attempt that is found will be dealt with in the following
way:
      -- The first instance will result in a warning.
      -- The second instance will result in banishment from the forum.

Other:
We will remove any post or thread that we feel is disruptive or not acceptable to the mission of the forum.

No flaming or spamming of any community members is allowed.
