Targeted for completion in 2004, the $220 million DeVos Center will be the focal point of the downtown district. It will feature a skywalk system that links it and 12,000-seat Van Andel Arena to nearly 1,000 hotel rooms including a headquarters hotel — the 682-room Amway Grand Plaza — and shopping, dining, and entertainment.
