The American Library Association has entered into a new agreement with Hall-Erickson, expanding the Westmont, Ill.-based company's conference management duties for the association. As a result, Paul Graller, vice president at Hall-Erickson, is now ALA's conference services coordinator, replacing Deidre Ross, who had been in that position since 1995.
