Organizations that want to hand out photo directories to meeting attendees without breaking the bank can sell advertising space to offset their costs or even make a profit. "Advertisers can be easily drawn to industry-specific publications, because the attendees usually represent a highly targeted audience with a particular set of interests," says Jason Struman of On-Site Photo Directories, based in Culver City, Calif.
