A Place to Network, Learn, Create Change
More than 1,500 people celebrated the opening of the Center for Association Leadership at the Marriott Learning Complex in Washington, D.C., in November. The center was founded by the Greater Washington Society of Association Executives (GWSAE) as both a think tank for the association community and a place for education and networking.

Marriott International and the J. Willard and Alice S. Marriott Foundation provided the founding gift of $1.2 million that helped make the center possible.
