* Planners can send requests for proposals online to International Association of Conference Centers (IACC) members. RFPs can go to multiple properties and be adapted for different meetings without re-entering data. IACC's online address is http://www.iacconline.com.
* Planners can submit multiple requests for proposals to meeting facilities and vendors in Florida through the Internet Meeting Planners Site (IMPS) on the World Wide Web. IMPS also contains comprehensive information (and photos) on hotels, convention centers, and airports. Find IMPS at http://www.imps.net.
* The new Web site of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau is at http://www.miamiandbeaches.com.
