Biznews24 (www.bn24.com), which provides a wide range of Web-based video applications from its offices in Boston, Arlington, Va., and Miami, gets access to CertiLearn’s e-learning delivery platform out of the deal. CertiLearn has offices in Falls Church, Va., and Chicago.
