Free Symposium for Associations

 

Leading Authorities, Inc., MacNair Travel, and BB&T, will hold a complimentary symposium, The New Realities: What You Need to Know to Run Your Association After September 11, at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Washington, D.C., on October 31, 8 a.m to 12:30 p.m.

Confirmed speakers include: Former FEMA Director, James Lee Witt, Former Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board, Jim Hall; CNN's Tucker Carlson (who will be returning from Pakistan); Economists Lawrence Chimerine and Kevin Hassett; Former Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Human Intelligence, Analysis and Counterintelligence, Congressman Bill McCollum, Business gurus James Belasco, Oren Harari, and Don Neal; and Former U.N. Ambassador and Secretary of Energy Bill Richardson (tentative).

There will be also be a live demonstration of videoconference technology connecting speakers from California and London.
