Calling all association meeting planners to nominate your favorite hotels, resorts, conference centers, convention center, and CVBs for Association Meetings' 2012 Inner Circle Awards! Vote and be automatically entered to win a special vacation package, courtesy of Saddlebrook Resort in Tampa, Florida.

Vote for properties that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings from January 2011 to December 2011. It’s a great way to not only give a shout-out to the properties that went the extra mile, but to share your picks with fellow planners!

Vacation prize package includes:
• 2-night stay for two at the Saddlebrook Resort, located in Tampa, Florida
• Round-trip transportation from Tampa International Airport
• Two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for two
• One round of golf for two
• One European-style spa treatment for two

To be eligible for the above-mentioned prize, all you have to do is:
1 Nominate your top choices (up to three per category) for the Inner Circle Award. Your hotel choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. Your convention center choices should take into considertion the quality of the exhibit and meeting space, staff service, ease of dealing with local labor, catering services, and technical support. For your convention and visitors bureau choices, consider the service of sales and convention services staff, support, and responsiveness.
2 Please complete the ballot form or fill out the online form. Include the city, state, and country of each property you nominate. International as well as domestic hotels, resorts, and conference centers are eligible.
3 Fax ballot to (913) 514-9343 or fill out online form at meetingsnet.com no later than July 2, 2012. Winners will be tabulated from completed ballots and announced in the August 2012 issue of Association Meetings.
