CORPORATE MEETINGS & INCENTIVES’ 2012 PARAGON AWARD
Nominate your favorite properties and enter to win an exciting vacation package!
**Must be a qualified CORPORATE MEETING PLANNER to make your vote count.** Any entries submitted from non-qualified CORPORATE MEETING PLANNERS will not be counted
Nominate your top choices (up to 5 per entry) for the 2012 Paragon Award. Your hotel choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. Your convention center choices should take into consideration the quality of the exhibit and meeting space, staff service, ease of dealing with local labor, catering services, and technical support. For your convention and visitors bureau choices, consider the service of sales and convention services staff, support and responsiveness. Vote for the properties, convention centers, and bureaus that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from October 2010 to December 2011. Share your recommendations with fellow planners and reward those properties that deserve the most praise!
Vacation prize package includes:
* A complimentary two-night stay for two at the Saddlebrook Resort, located in Tampa Florida
* Round-trip transportation from Tampa International Airport
* Two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for two
* One round of golf for two
* One European-style Spa treatment for two
(Subject to availability of the chosen dates. Travel must be completed by October 2013. Airfare not included.)
To be eligible to win this prize, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Nominate your top choices (up to three per
category) for the Paragon Award. Your hotel,
resort, and conference center choices should
take into consideration each property’s food and
beverage service, guest room quality, meeting
rooms, catering and convention services, and
audiovisual/technical support.
2. Please complete the ballot form below or fill out the
online form. Include the city and state of each U.S.
property you nominate. For international include
city and country.
3. Fax ballot to (913) 514-9343 or fill out online form
at meetingsnet.com no later than June 1,
2012. Winners will be tabulated from completed
ballots and announced in the July/August 2012
issue of Corporate Meetings & Incentives.
