We’re asking you to vote for the properties that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from January 2007 to May 2008. Share your recommendations with fellow planners and reward those properties that deserve the most praise!

Your hotel choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. Your convention center choices should take into consideration the quality of the exhibit and meeting space, staff service, ease of dealing with local labor, catering services, and technical support. For your convention and visitors bureau choices, consider the service of sales and convention services staff, support and responsiveness. Vote for the properties, convention centers, and bureaus that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from January 2007 to June 2008. We’re asking you to vote for the properties that have done the best job of handling your meetings and incentive programs from July 2007 to June 2008.
