Medical Meetings' 2008 Merit and Distinction Award - enter by May 12, 2008

Nominate your top choices (up to 5 per entry) for the 2008 Merit and Distinction Award. Your choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. We’re asking you to vote for the properties that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from January 2007 to May 2008. Share your recommendations with fellow planners and reward those properties that deserve the most praise!

Vacation prize package includes:

  • Four-day, three-night stay at Florida’s premier island resort, Amelia Island Plantation’s Amelia Inn (accommodations for two)

Association Meetings' 2008 Inner Circle Award - enter by June 23, 2008

Nominate your top choices (up to 5 per entry) for the 2008 Inner Circle Award. Your hotel choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. Your convention center choices should take into consideration the quality of the exhibit and meeting space, staff service, ease of dealing with local labor, catering services, and technical support. For your convention and visitors bureau choices, consider the service of sales and convention services staff, support and responsiveness. Vote for the properties, convention centers, and bureaus that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from January 2007 to June 2008. Share your recommendations with fellow planners and reward those properties that deserve the most praise!

Vacation prize package includes:

  • A complimentary two-night stay for two at the Saddlebrook Resort, located in Tampa Florida
  • Round-trip transportation from Tampa International Airport
  • Two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for two
  • One round of golf for two

Financial & Insurance Meetings' 2008 Premium Circle Award - enter by July 14, 2008

Nominate your top choices (up to 5 per entry) for the 2008 Premium Circle Award. Your hotel choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. We’re asking you to vote for the properties that have done the best job of handling your meetings and incentive programs from July 2007 to June 2008. List up to five hotels, resorts, and/or conference centers (domestic and/or international) that you consider to be worthy of a 2008 Premium Circle Award.

Vacation prize package includes:

  • A complimentary two-night stay for two at the Saddlebrook Resort, located in Tampa Florida
  • Round-trip transportation from Tampa International Airport
  • Two breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for two
