2011 INNER CIRCLE AWARD BALLOT
Give a shout-out to properties and share your recommendations with fellow association meeting planners. Nominate your favorite hotels, resorts, conference centers, and CVBs for Association Meetings’ 2011 Inner Circle Award, and you’ll be automatically entered to win a special vacation package, courtesy of Saddlebrook Resort. We’re asking you to vote for properties that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings or conventions from June 2010 to May 2011. Click here to vote.
Vacation prize package includes:
* 2-night stay for two at the Saddlebrook Resort, located in Tampa, Florida
* Round-trip transportation from Tampa International Airport
* Two breakfasts,
lunches, and dinners for two
* One round of golf for two
* One European-style spa treatment
(Subject to availability of the chosen dates. Travel must be completed by June 2012. Airfare not included)
To be eligible to win this prize, you
must meet the following criteria:
Nominate your top choices (up to five
per category) for the Inner circle
Award. Your hotel choices should take
into consideration each property’s
food and beverage service, guest room
quality, meeting rooms, catering and
convention services, and audiovisual/technical support. Your convention
center choices should take into
considertion the quality of the exhibit
and meeting space, staff service, ease
of dealing wi th local labor, catering
services, and technical support. For
your convention and visitors bureau
choices, consider the service of sales
and convention services staff, support,
and responsiveness.
Please complete the ballot form below
or fill out the online form. Include
the city, state, and country of each
property you nominate. International as
well as domestic hotels, resorts, and
conference centers are eligible.

of Association Meetings.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 7/01/11. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Winner will be notified by phone on or about 7/01/11. All
