2011 M&D AWARDS

Give a shout-out to properties and share your recommendations with fellow medical meeting planners. Nominate your favorite hotels, resorts, and conference centers for Medical Meetings’ 2011 M&D Award, and you’ll be automatically entered to win a special vacation package, courtesy of Omni Amelia Island Plantation. We’re asking you to vote for properties that, in your opinion, have done the best job of handling your meetings from January 2010 to may 2011. Click here to vote.

Vacation prize package includes:

* Four-day, three-night stay for two in an oceanfront guest room in the Amelia Resort at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation
* Round of golf for two on Ocean Links or Oak Marsh
* One 50-minute massage per person
* On-property nature tour of your choice

To be eligible to win prize, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Nominate your top choices (up to five) for the M&D Award. Your choices should take into consideration each property’s food and beverage service, guest room quality, meeting rooms, catering and convention services, and audiovisual/technical support.
   
2. Please complete the ballot form or fill out the online form. Include the city, state, and country of each property you nominated. International as well as domestic hotels, resorts, and conference centers are eligible.
   
3. Fax ballot to (913) 514-9343 or fill out online form or download a pdf copy here no later than 5pm on May 16, 2011. The top 40 winners will be chosen from completed ballots and announced in the July/August 2011 issue of Medical Meetings.
