A New Kind of Polo
Who said you needed horses to play polo? At the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas, meeting attendees play using Segway Human Transporters and soft foam mallets and balls. Segway Polo is becoming popular as a two-hour teambuilding activity because it appeals to people of all fitness and athletic levels, and of all sizes between 100 and 250 pounds. The resort supplies the polo equipment, helmets, training, and practice chukkers, as well as a staff of timekeepers, scorekeepers, and umpires. You bring the hecklers.
