Pharma Meetings: Next Stop, Baltimore
Medical Meetings and the Center for Business Intelligence have partnered with Leverage Software to create Pharma Planners Connect, an online social networking site, for participants in the Fourth Annual Pharmaceutical Meeting Planners Forum March 17-19 at the Baltimore Convention Center. The tool allows attendees to share content, make connections, and network well before the event takes place.
In another conference first, the Professional Convention Management Association and the National Business Travel Association have signed on as association sponsors for the event. PCMA will provide educational support, including hosting the “Strategic Meeting Solutions for Symposia and Congresses” workshop. Other new features for the 2008 program include a closed-door summit for senior-level independent meeting professionals.
