Methodology

To determine the final 25, the total number of room nights booked for corporate meetings and incentives and the total number of corporate meetings and incentive travel programs booked are the most important factors; however, all the supplied information is considered.

The CMI 25 features full-service meeting and incentive companies and does not include site selection companies.

Any meeting and incentive travel company is eligible for the CMI 25 list; however, companies based outside of the U.S. are invited to submit information on only the meetings and incentives planned and executed out of their North American offices. We require each company to provide us with information on its business volume, business focus, number of employees, and other metrics. An officer of each company must certify the accuracy of the information provided.
