EIBTM Sponsors New Incentive Contest The European Incentive & Business Travel & Meetings Exhibition (EIBTM) has launched an incentive contest to recognize corporate events for innovation and creativity. Winners will be drawn from 10 categories, including several that are industry-specific: automotive, business, industrial and technical products, consumer products, financial, health, pharmaceutical and cosmetics, and information technology and communications.

The trip or event must have taken place between October 1999 and December 2000. Entry is open to European companies, meeting planners, or suppliers who may apply on behalf of their clients.

Entries will be evaluated for excellence in creating, planning, and executing corporate events. Judging will be held in February, and awards will be presented at EIBTM's Gala Dinner on May 30, 2001, in Geneva.

The 2000 EIBTM attracted upwards of 2,700 exhibitors and more than 3,000 hosted buyers.
