Exclusive reception at the Motivation Show honors the industry’s top incentive firms.
On September 21, the evening before The Motivation Show opened, Corporate Meetings & Incentives' editors honored the 2008 CMI 25 — the magazine's list of the largest and most influential meeting and incentive companies — at an exclusive reception held at Fulton's on the River in downtown Chicago. As a whole, the CMI 25 companies booked more than 29,800 corporate meetings and incentives last year, which represented more than 5.5 million room nights. Representatives from the top companies mingled with the magazine's readers and event sponsors at what has become one of the show's most exclusive private parties. This year, through a partnership with the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives, guests were then transported to the SITE Night event at the Peninsula Hotel Chicago.
