The concept, developed by Los Angeles–based LA Photo Party, entails photographing attendees in a floor-to-ceiling green-screen enclosure. Groups of about 20 can be photographed together, and the pictures are printed instantly on-site with a branded background, such as your company logo. The photos are also turned into moving images that can be projected on the wall at your event or shared online.
“It’s fun and adds emotion to the party by incorporating the guests into the décor,” says Bob Stillo, producer of special events for Fox Broadcasting Co., Los Angeles, which recently used Photosphere 360 at a company party for about 150 attendees.
The concept was a huge hit, and the process was turnkey, Stillo says. “They set everything up and brought in props for guests to use. Someone [from LA Photo Party ] sits in there with each group to coach them on the process and give tips on fun things to do that will look good in the photos.” Prices start at $2,500.
