Air France has reached a deal with Verified Identity Pass to sponsor a Registered Traveler program at JFK International Airport's Terminal 1 in New York, which is expected to start screening passengers this month. Even before that fast lane opens, Verified expects to launch British Airways' RT service at JFK's Terminal 7. Verified already operates an RT program in Orlando, Fla., and expects to open programs soon at airports in Cincinnati; San Jose, Calif.; and Indianapolis. Under the program, participants who pass a Transportation Security Administration screening, and pay a $99.95 fee, get expedited through security lines at participating airports.
