Groups at the Bitter End Yacht Club in Virgin Gorda, British Virgin Islands, don't just get your typical teambuilding program — or your typical coach.

The nautical village resort, with 85 shoreside accommodations, often calls on one of its Advisory Board of Olympic Gold Medalists and World Champions to speak to groups or to lead an America's Cup teambuilding excursion. Among the members are America's Cup veterans Russell Coutts, Paul Cayard, Peter Holmberg, and Dawn Riley. Most popular is the Pro Am Regatta, where attendees, even beginners, learn to sail under full racing conditions.
