AT A GLANCE: USMotivation, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, is now a platinum sponsor of St. Paul, Minn.–based Recognition Professionals International, a nonprofit professional association focused on employee recognition. In 2011, 18 USMotivation associates earned their Certified Recognition Professional designations. The company’s newest service offerings include a mobile version of its reward catalog and integration of the online catalog with Best Buy’s in-store pickup system. Participants who choose Best Buy reward merchandise can use the system to locate stores, check inventory, and place orders for pick up.
