The newest member of the Canadian Pacific Hotel chain celebrated its official opening February 1st. The $42 million Chateau Mont Tremblant is the largest resort conference facility in Quebec, with 16,000 square feet of meeting space, 316 guest rooms, a health club, shopping area, and ski-in/ski-out access to Mont Tremblant.

Tucked into the foot of the mountain, the chateau-style resort offers guest rooms with great views of the mountain, the pedestrian village, or Lac Tremblant, and a beautiful interior with lots of stone, wood, and iron and copper accents. The convention center's ballroom can accommodate up to 725 people theater-style, and there are a total of 19 conference rooms in the center. Health club facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam baths.
