A new white paper from GiftCertificates.com suggests that companies automate their incentive programs when the following conditions apply: 1) the yearly award budget exceeds $300,000; 2) the program rules are increasing and becoming more complex; 3) there are more than 500 participants; and 4) the program and rules could be more efficiently communicated to participants.
