Along with Salary.com, Money ranked professions based on job growth rate, stress levels, flexibility and working environment, creativity, and how easy it is to enter and advance in the field. While stress level scored a D, flexibility earned a C, and creativity and difficulty scored B's. The growth rate for the next 10 years is a hearty 22 percent, while average pay is $56,072.
