Recognition professionals now have their own certification program — the Certified Recognition Professional — being offered by the National Association of Employee Recognition. CRP candidates must complete four courses, the first of which was offered in April. The next courses will be in conjunction with the 2006 NAER Fall Summit, at McCormick Place, Chicago, during the Motivation Show, and at the association's 2007 Annual Conference in Savannah, Ga., April 29-May 2, 2007.
