Will that be the angel hair pasta or the Italian aria?

Guests of The Three Waiters are surprised to find that they get both. The waiters, who are three professional singers disguised as part of your banquet staff, gradually break into song over the course of your dinner. It's a 3-year-old act developed by Australians Mark Bradley and Darryl Lovegrove.

Concealed — as realistically as possible — as an Italian banquet captain and French sommelier, the vocalists make their presence known subtly throughout dinner. Slowly they reveal themselves, performing everything from Italian arias to Broadway hits. The third waiter … . Well, let's not give away all the surprises.

The group is based in Australia, with branches in Europe, North America, and Latin America.www.thethreewaiters.com
