As more companies look to boutique hotels for their incentive winners and business travelers, more boutique hotels are evolving to cater to this industry. Like the midtown New York Flatotel, which just opened a 2,400-square-foot conference center with four meeting rooms and a main ballroom that can accommodate up to 180 people.

The hotel, which was created from a luxury residential condominium, also recently spent $15 million renovating its 200 apartment-sized rooms. Amenities include goose-down duvets, flat-screen TVs, and CD players. Flatotel is at 135 W. 52nd St.
