SITE Selects New Leader Incentive industry veteran Jill Harrington will become the next leader of the Society of Incentive & Travel Executives, beginning in 2000. Harrington, who was most recently managing director-incentives for Maritz Canada Inc. (MCI), will succeed Robert Vitagliano, CITE, as the association's executive vice president/CEO.
Among the areas at the top of Harrington's priority list: providing greater member value; attracting active participation from both the buyer and supplier communities; developing sophisticated, focused education and research programs; and building awareness of the role of incentives and the value of SITE membership in the corporate environment.
