During the session, executives sit among the musicians as the conductor leads them through exercises that demonstrate “critical truths” about how organizations function.
The interaction between the conductor and the musicians is intended to mirror the relationship between a CEO and his or her organization, showing the importance of leadership, teamwork, and communication.
