CityCenter
When CityCenter opened in Las Vegas in December, it represented a lot of different things to a lot of different people. For owner MGM-Mirage, it was the successful completion of an $8.5 billion project that could have failed any number of times. For 12,000 hospitality workers, it was a blessing—a new job. For you, the corporate meeting planner, it’s the coolest place in Vegas right now, a stunning new option in the already rich and varied portfolio of properties.

Aria Resort & Casino has 4,004 rooms and a 150,000-square-foot casino, while Vdara Hotel & Spa offers 1,495 rooms without a casino. Also cutting-edge for a Las Vegas development is CityCenter’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

For meetings of up to 5,000 delegates, Aria Resort & Casino has 300,000 square feet of meeting space on three levels. The property also has dozens of bars and dining options, an 80,000-square-foot spa, and a 1,840-seat theater featuring the newest show from Cirque du Soleil, “Viva Elvis.”

Meetings at Vdara Hotel & Spa are on a smaller scale, with 10,000 square feet of meeting space for groups of up to 400 guests.
