Bookmark This: IACC Videos on Compelling Meetings
Beginning this month and running through April 2012, the International Association of Conference Centers will release two video clips each month developed from the content of its 2011 Thought Leaders Summit and subsequent white paper, “Creating Compelling Meeting Experiences.”
The short, free videos have been created from footage of the Summit. The first two are Jeff Vredevoogd, director, education solutions at Herman Miller, talking about the elements necessary to create a meaningful learning experience; and four Summit panelists speaking on achieving owner and customer satisfaction. The panelists include Vredevoogd; John Potterton, CMP, facilitator of the live event at the Kellogg Center at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C.; Amy Wickenheisser, general manager of Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center; and Bob Dean, director of the Americas, Profiling Online.
Upcoming video segments will include Stimulating the Brain to Avoid Boredom, The Role the Conference Center Can Play Partnering with Customers to Achieve Success, and Ideas for Creating High-Impact Events. The clips will be available in the new Live Learning Center on the IACC Web site.
