OSI Settles Meeting Flap
Osram Sylvania Inc. will hold its annual national sales meeting at the Boca Raton Resort & Club after all.
But it won’t be until 2008.
The Danvers, Mass.–based lightings product manufacturer originally planned to hold its 2007 meeting at the South Florida venue in October 2007, but the resort canceled the booking in order to accommodate a larger group.
Osram Sylvania filed suit but now “has settled and achieved a mutually satisfactory resolution of its dispute with the Boca Raton Resort,” says OSI spokesperson Stephanie Anderson.
