The 239- room Four Seasons Hotel Denver is scheduled to open in fall 2010. Located at 14th and Arapahoe in the heart of downtown Denver, the first 16 of the hotel’s 45 floors will be for guests; the remaining floors will be private residences.
The hotel also will offer 21 suites, including a 2,235-square-foot presidential suite. Meeting space in the hotel ranges from boardrooms that can accommodate 20 classroom-style to the 5,200-square-foot grand ballroom. It also will feature a full-service spa and fitness center. The hotel also will offer a 6,830 rooftop pool terrace.
