Colorado Convention Center Offers Free Wi-Fi with Smart City Networks

Colorado Convention Center in Denver has extended its contract with Smart City Networks for another year. Smart City Networks will continue to provide the Colorado Convention Center with technology services and high-speed Internet access. Additionally, guests will now be able to check e-mail or surf the Web in all public areas. Users with more advanced connectivity needs, like video streaming and document downloads, will be able to purchase upgraded Wi-Fi options.

Smart City Networks has provided event technology services for the Colorado Convention Center since 2000. The company oversees the provision and maintenance of Internet services throughout more than 580,000 square feet of convention space, as well as in all of the center’s ballrooms and public spaces. With over 2,100,000 total square feet of space, the Colorado Convention Center is located within walking distance of more than 7,000 hotel rooms, 300 restaurants, the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and retail shops.
