The Four Diamond, 422-guest-room Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino is scheduled to complete a $700,000 renovation to its Lone Eagle Grille and Lakeside Ballroom in early December 2010.
The hotel’s Lakeside Ballroom is getting a $300,000 makeover that includes new carpeting, light fixtures, wall treatments, and mechanized shades. The hotel offers a total of 50,000 square feet of meetings space, including 25,000 square feet of outdoor function space. The other $400,000 is going toward an update of the Lone Eagle Grill’s lounge, which will receive new furnishings, a new color scheme, and an alpine-modern design. The resort also has a 20,000-square-foot casino, lakeside dining, workout facilities, and the 20,000-square-foot Stillwater Spa & Salon.
