The Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land opened in November 2010, becoming the largest Hyatt Place property in the world and 21st in Texas.
The hotel has 214 guest rooms equipped with 42-inch, flat-panel, high-definition televisions and ergonomic work centers. The hotel also has 4,100 square feet of meeting space. The Lakeside Pavilion offers an additional 2,000 square feet of exterior function space.
