ProcurePoint Travel Solutions Inc., based in Sausalito, Calif., the new name of EventSource, has introduced a suite of products called Procure-Point Enterprise.   • PGI Inc., the Arlington, Va.-based event and communications agency, has signed an agreement with Passkey, the online housing service, based in Quincy, Mass. Passkey is an ASP (applications services provider) for group reservations management. The Web-based system allows hoteliers and planners access to real-time housing reports and other updates when organizing a citywide convention or meeting at a single property.   • Event411 Inc., a developer of Web-based software used to plan and manage events, has partnered with Shangri-La Hotels' 38 hotels throughout Asia to offer its Premier-Planner online application to Shangri-La's meeting planner clients. Meeting organizers can opt to use the Event411 electronic registration, housing, or meeting management applications for any event at a Shangri-La property.
