Security: Your New Top Priority

Ken Juel, manager of sales incentives and recognition programs for Mutual of Omaha in Omaha, Neb., doesn't remember ever worrying about security issues. But senior management recently asked him to consult with an expert to ensure the safety of participants in an incentive to Ireland next spring.
