Summer Forum Steps Up Education
With education identified as a top priority for ICPA, the association's 2005 Educational Forum will be its first opportunity to deliver enhanced educational content at a national meeting. A packed agenda aimed at both novice and experienced meeting professionals is planned for the forum, to be held in Austin, Texas, at the Hilton Austin, July 14 to 16.
General sessions include presentations on leadership skills, airline industry news, and how to partner with CVBs. An expanded educational format will include a choice of breakout sessions on such topics as how hotels determine rates, a guide to NASD regulations, and risk management. The program will conclude with interactive roundtable discussions. For registration and more information, go to www.icpanet.com.
