Pitched as a package for “enthusiasts of luxury travel and golf,” Little Dix Bay's Heli-Golf Day seems tailor-made for an executive retreat. Little Dix Bay, the 97-room resort founded by Laurance Rockefeller in 1964, rests on 500 secluded acres on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. The Heli-Golf package takes golfers by helicopter from the airport in Virgin Gorda to Carambola Golf Course on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands — a stunning 24-minute flight over the jewel-blue Caribbean.

After a brief stop in customs, the golfers are greeted by escorts and taken by golf cart to the first tee just yards away from the landing spot.

For those who prefer beach sand to bunkers, Little Dix Bay is also known for its “beach drops,” which transport guests with a picnic lunch by water taxi to one of 13 secluded beaches.

Little Dix Bay is part of the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts portfolio. It offers intimate meeting space for up to 60 attendees. For more, visit
