Financial Services Training Holds Steady
WHILE TRAINING BUDGETS across corporate America were down 6 percent last year, according to the 2003 U.S. Training Industry Study conducted by Training magazine, financial services training was substantially more robust. Forty-three percent of the survey respondents in the finance/banking/insurance category said that their 2003 budget was greater than in 2002, and 40 percent said it was the same as in 2002. Only 16 percent said that they spent fewer training dollars in 2003.
