Using either a Cayman Air flight to island hop or a private jet service that can be arranged through Ritz-Carlton, attendees can swim with the stingrays next to a Grand Cayman coral reef one morning (or would they prefer a Nick Bollettieri tennis program or perhaps golf at the Blue Tip?), then have sore muscles kneaded into blissful relaxation at the spectacular Silver Rain, A La Prairie Spa in the afternoon.
