Another Great SE Chapter Meeting
FICP's Southeast Chapter held its annual meeting March 1 to 2, 2007, at the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel in Atlanta.
Among other agenda items, this year a discussion was held on such topics as What keeps you up at night?; What is one significant thing you're doing this year that you didn't do last year?; and What are you doing for yourself to maintain a healthy work/life balance?'
Participants engaged in therapeutic discussions about issues coming down the pike at both industry and company levels and came away with helpful tips.
The group discussed how, given the speed with which we work these days, we often seem to find ourselves lying awake at night worrying about work. The boundaries between work and personal life can easily blur. Participants addressed strategies to stay on course with work/life issues.
The Southeast Chapter would like to thank the wonderful staff of the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel and the many sponsors who helped to make the meeting possible.
