Carnival Cruise Lines Expands Corporate Program
Carnival Cruise Lines recently expanded its Preferred Awards program for corporate meetings and incentives, and has added a Web site, CarnivalMeetings.com, just for meeting planners. The program now includes more ships and itineraries, and it now provides access to suite accommodations for corporate meetings and incentives attendees. The Web site, designed to help planners translate onshore meetings to an offshore environment, includes details on the line’s Carnival Corporate University, which are onboard seminars on teambuilding, leadership, diversity, and other business-related topics.
“The meeting and incentive market is a vital part of Carnival’s marketing mix and one of the fastest-growing segments of our business,” said Richard Weinstein, Carnival’s vice president of corporate and incentive sales, in a press release. “These new and expanded programs provide business leaders with a convenient means to learn about the many benefits of shipboard meetings and reward top employees and clients with our memorable and relaxing cruises.”
