Located in easy walking distance to the Space Needle, the Frank Gehry–designed Experience Music Project, and Pacific Northwest Ballet, the hotel features 1,600 square feet of meeting space, including a boardroom; a conference room accommodating 45, classroom-style; and a pre-function area.
The Maxwell has complimentary wireless Internet and, notably, free off-road parking in this highly desirable area, as well as free bikes for attendees to explore town during their downtime. Its 139 guest rooms feature 42-inch flat-screen television, DVD player, microwave, and refrigerator. Also on site: a business center, exercise facility, and outdoor pool.
