Spa Site Selection Tips

Here are some essential questions to ask during the spa site selection:

  • How many treatment rooms do you have? How many attendees can you accommodate in the spa, on the beach, in-room, or elsewhere?

  • How far in advance should treatments for attendees be booked?

  • Will it be possible for attendees to add treatments once they arrive?

  • What is your cancellation policy? If five people schedule treatments and then decide to play golf instead of using the spa, will you give refunds?

  • What special spa programs can you offer to groups? Chair massages during breaks? Customized group yoga or meditation sessions? Nutrition or stress-management seminars?

  • What is the cost of the treatments? Do you offer group discounts or special perks for planners?
