Spa Site Selection Tips
Here are some essential questions to ask during the spa site selection:
How many treatment rooms do you have? How many attendees can you accommodate in the spa, on the beach, in-room, or elsewhere?
How far in advance should treatments for attendees be booked?
Will it be possible for attendees to add treatments once they arrive?
What is your cancellation policy? If five people schedule treatments and then decide to play golf instead of using the spa, will you give refunds?
What special spa programs can you offer to groups? Chair massages during breaks? Customized group yoga or meditation sessions? Nutrition or stress-management seminars?
What is the cost of the treatments? Do you offer group discounts or special perks for planners?
