We all know that team work is the best and a good team can surely achieve success. A good team consists of a good and responsible leader and hard working employees who have good cooperation and understanding between them. So before building a good team it is essential to build individual qualities that helps in team work and creates a better working environment.
I really appreciate the idea of using colors as different traits and personalities that will help individuals to work in a team perfectly.
