Dave Fellers, CAE, executive director of the Radiological Society of North America since 2001, has left the Chicago-based association. Fellers has had a distinguished career in association management, holding executive positions with the American Nurses Association, the
American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and he is active in the American Society of Association Executives & The Center for Association Leadership as well as the Professional Convention Management Association.
At the most recent ASAE & The Center annual meeting in San Diego (August 16-19), Fellers earned one of the association’s highest honors, the Key Award, given annually to the association executive of the year. The Key Award is given to association executives who demonstrate exceptional leadership in their associations and a commitment to the profession.
